Notary Ombudsperson
In the event of an unresolved dispute with a notary, you may refer the matter to the Ombudsperson of the notarial profession on the mediateur-notariat.notaires.fr website in order to try, with his help, to find an amicable resolution to the dispute (Articles L. 616-1 and R. 616-1 of the Consumer Code).
