The department operates alongside developers, land owners, investors and real estate developers in all stages of development operations, combining public law and private law and ranging from land control to the marketing of buildings.

The teams assist real estate development players in all issues related to construction: negotiation relating to the acquisition or sale of land; regulations resulting from town planning, development and environmental law; fulfilment of conditions precedent; restructuring, etc.

• Legal arrangement of transactions
• Building of a real estate programme (housing – social and residential, tourist residences, and non-medical and medical senior residences – nursing homes-SSR, business park, logistics warehouse, office and retail)
• Subdivision operations
• Off-plan property sales (VEFA) in block or split
• Completion of the deeds necessary for the prior division: descriptive statement of division – co-ownership regulations, volumes, easements, constitution of ASL-AFUL
